  12. CLIENT TRACKS NT for Windows 95:  Combines client & notekeeping databases with 
  13. "the ultimate" scheduler.  The result is a client tracking and calendaring 
  14. system that few others can match.  No program at any price offers more 
  15. scheduling power than Client Tracks, and none offers a better mix of 
  16. client-tracking or income- & expense-tracking features.  If you are busy and 
  17. need to track people, try this program.  MS Windows 95 or NT.

  20. LONG DESCRIPTION:

  22.      Client Tracks NT integrates client tracking with one of the most complete 
  23. schedulers available.  Thousands of clients, scheduled events, income and 
  24. expenses may all be handled with this program.

  26.      In addition to the expected name, address, phone, and contact information,
  27. each client record has eight miscellaneous fields that you may title as you 
  28. wish and a note field that may be up to 32K in length.

  30.      Because Client Tracks is an integrated system, you can easily zip from one
  31. module to another.  Assume, for instance, that you're looking at Mr. Smith's 
  32. record, and you'd like to see everything (not just one or two items) scheduled 
  33. for him during the coming month.  A few keystrokes later, what you need will be
  34. displayed on your monitor or sent to your printer.  When you're finished look-
  35. ing at the schedule, press a key to re-display Mr. Smith's record.  Logged 
  36. events, such as services, income, and expenses are just as easily accessed.

  38.      Client Tracks will handle not only your busy itinerary, but that of every-
  39. one in your office (or family).  It will prepare calendars and other reports 
  40. that display one person's upcoming events or those for several people simultan-
  41. eously.  Data can be filtered when a report is generated, so that only events 
  42. for a particular project, or only those events containing a particular word, 
  43. will be displayed.

  45.      Few programs even approach Client Tracks in the robustness of its schedul-
  46. ing capacity.  And, considering all it can do, the program is surprisingly easy
  47. to use.  Its reports, while not as infinitely customizable as those provided by
  48. those output-oriented calendar producers with limited scheduling capability, 
  49. are attractive, functional, and simple to set up.

  51.      This program will optionally drag events forward from day to day until
  52. you tell the program to tag them for deletion.  Client Tracks even allows you 
  53. tolink related events, so that a change to one will result in the automatic
  54. modification of others.  Finding free time, establishing recurring events,
  55. viewing religious dates (Christian, Jewish, and Muslim), and tracking julian
  56. dates are a snap for this program.  And, as a bonus, the program includes a Log
  57. module that tracks services performed, money spent, and money received.  It
  58. will even produce an Income-Expense report for any period of time you desire.
